Our Clique 60 is a Semi-Private Training Session that brings the best of personal training, functional training, boot camp, and cardiovascular training together in one fat-busting, muscle-toning, cost-effective program!
You get all the benefits of personal training for a fraction of the cost. Experience personal training with a small group of people (up to six) while working directly with one trainer for an amplified 60-minute program that includes nutritional guidance.
You have the option to pick your time slot and train two, three or four times a week with a motivational and knowledgeable trainer. Your session will consist of interval training that utilizes free weights, balls, bands, ropes, kettle bells, core training, stretching and cardiovascular training.
You will work out under the supervision of the same trainer. If you are new to working out … not to worry … we start you out at the level that’s appropriate for you and build you toward your fitness goals. Exercises are tailored to your ability and can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or restriction. If you are a complete novice, we recommend a 1-on-1 private training session prior to your first class … not necessary, but recommended.
