Q: What type of credentials/certifications do your personal trainers hold?

A: All trainers hold a college degree or a national accredited certification that signifies them at the top of their industry. We only hire the best!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: A client must contact AMP Fitness within 24 hours of the session to be cancelled or rescheduled. If this action is avoided, a loss of the session will occur. There are unforeseen circumstances, but AMP Fitness has the right to grant or deny any sessions without prior notice.

Q: Will my sessions expire if I go on vacation, am temporarily sick or something else which will cause me to miss training?

A:You are only charged for the sessions you workout with your trainer. Unless it falls under the 24 hour cancellation policy.

In some cases though, if a client has remaining sessions with a trainer, fails to show up regularly and does not notify trainer if he/she would like to continue or finish, the sessions will eventually expire after 1 month.

Q: Do you accept payment plans?

A: We accept  all major credit cards. All credit card transactions are processed through a secure online payment system to ensure your financial safety. Monthly payment will be made through EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) on a recurring basis.

Q: What’s the workout sessions like?

A: Here at AMP Fitness we take pride in what we do and care about our clients so each session we try to keep your interest and your curiosity levels high in anticipation for each workout.

Q: What if I can’t perform a certain exercise?

A: We will instruct you how to perform a modified, lower-impact version of the exercise as an alternative. This will strengthen the targeted muscle group so that you will eventually be able to perform the original exercise.

A: We convince, not confront! We only yell motivating words, positive affirmations, and uplifting quotes. We aim to keep you focused on the task at hand. Abuse, harassment – we don’t go there, even if you want us to!

Q: What will I need for my workout sessions?

A: There are no special requirements for what to wear, but it should be something comfortable, non-restricting, and allows you to move freely, such as loose fitting t-shirts, sweats, shorts, or athletic style clothing. Athletic shoes are the proper footwear while exercising. Most importantly, be sure to bring a water bottle and a towel. Weightlifting gloves are optional.
