Magnified 60 is a 60-minute 1-on-1 personal training session geared toward a person who is currently working out or wants to take their fitness to a new level. But if you are new to working out and don’t think an Express 30 is enough time … not to worry … we start you out at the level that’s appropriate for you and build you toward your fitness goals. Exercises will be tailored to your abilities and can be adjusted to suit your fitness level or restriction.
